Nicholas has over 15 years’ business experience in the sports and entertainment world, not to mention a strong family background in Olympic and professional sport. A Manchester University graduate, his working life got underway in an agency set up by the Directors of Manchester United International.
Since then, he’s managed and worked with sporting legends including FA Premier League footballers, Formula 1 teams, world champion boxers, international rugby union players, champion jockeys, athletes and musicians. He dabbles in creative marketing strategies for brands and also finds time to be a Company Director of Identity Entertainment, a Non-Executive Director for Jockey Club Racecourses and a Fundraising Board Member for the Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.
Nick is an English solicitor who’s acted for the likes of Manchester United, the FA Premier League and the Williams Formula 1 team. He’s worked with several of Manchester’s top law firms, dealing with all manner of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, buyouts and flotations. Nick’s considerable expertise in the world of media and sports law covers everything from sponsorship contracts to intellectual property and image rights, merchandising contracts to tour agreements.
